Are 1100 Impressions Worth $200?

If  you listen to country radio you've surely heard Blake Shelton's new song with the line, "rocking 1 ply, 1 ply"-, hold that thought and go back to the title of this blog. Are 1100 impressions worth $200? Let's do the math. As most of you know I hate both math and word problems, however, if you use a napkin at least 3 times a day for 365 days that's 1095 napkins in a year. Since I've established I hate math- let's round up that number to 1100 napkins. A 3 ply, not 1 ply, branded napkin will cost you only $.20 per napkin for 1,100 units which is roughly $200.00.

Where and why would you use a branded napkin or any other branded disposable products such as plates, utensils, cups, deli containers, bibs, aprons, table cloths, place mats, insulated beverage containers?

Given that we can provide you over 700 different products, with minimums as few as 100 pieces on most of our products and provide you quick service and USA made products the question becomes why haven't you been owning your brand space?! Look around if you have paper products at your office, on your showroom floor, in the break room, as part of an employee celebration or you hold events for your customers- ask yourself, wouldn't imprinted products elevate your brand?

 Not convinced?

 How about these suggested uses:

AUTOMOTIVE
  • Increase brand visibility in your showroom by offering coffee, soft drinks and snacks to clients on imprinted products while cars are in for service or customers are considering a new car.
  • Hosting a cocktail party for their preferred customers? Introducing their new car model? Kitting disposable plates, napkins and wine/champagne glasses will increase the professional appearance of the gathering.

·         Do you hold employee parties, picnics, celebrate birthdays, or recognize achievement? Besides adding your logo, remind employees about company goals, safety or apply fun inspirational messages.

·         Is this a commemorative year? Picture it, a your 50th anniversary of being in business, a cocktail and hors d’oeuvre reception. Your customers, friends, family and the mayor all filled the showroom to honor the milestone. Step up the festive event, with colored napkins using a gold foil imprint. “Retro” is all the rage, perhaps you include the original and the current logo on your, matching cups and party plates. What’s a party plate? A plate that is easier to hold while guests mingle, shake hands and eat at the event.

CIVIC/COMMUNITY GROUPS

In an association that holds new member events?
Education seminar?
Fundraiser events?

Increase the value of your message with:

o   Images of historical sites

o   Maps to community locations

o   Title sponsor logos

o   Save the date reminders for future events

o   Feature “stories/profiles” of member testimonials on cups!

CORPORATIONS

Increase the impact of your convention, party or open house with branded materials.
·
Do you have staff members that go on site to other locations to offer lunch and learn opportunities
take your branded products in a box kit!

  •  As guests arrive to your evening event, hand out digitally printed stirrer sticks to displays different messages regarding the successful sales of the company that year.  When guests are ready for a drink, they turn in one of their stirrers at the bar as a drink ticket. This idea gets guest talking about the different messages as well as reducing waste by not needing a drink ticket.
  • How to improve attendance at annual company picnics? By putting save the date plates, napkins and cups in the break room prior to the event. Perhaps add some trivia questions and get employees talking about the messages on the weekly napkins or cups!
  • Moving your location? How about a die cut shape of a building or truck on a paper coaster mailed with invoices, letting your customers know about the date of your move and ribbon cutting with the local chamber of commerce.  The coaster will be useful in their office setting and serve as an invitation and reminder about the event.
  • An idea to communicate? Tie two cups together with a string like an ole fashion game of telephone to capture the attention of your recipient.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Add a warm welcome feeling to the new model home with printed cups and napkins, digital features allow you to showcase actual floor-plans or unique features of your homes.
  • How about this idea? Our friends at Tranter shared a case study about a contractor that was asked to quote a job & draw up some plans for a large steel building slated to be built in the community. The construction company wanted to make a strong impression on the potential clients so when it came time to deliver the quote and plans the savvy contractor served up the plans with a catered lunch. Over lunch the contractor was able to share the plans and address questions in a more informal and comfortable setting.
