Get Ugly

Yesterday we encouraged you to find brand opportunities in places often overlooked. If social media is any indication, many large companies will have ugly sweater contests, perhaps even ugly sock contests! Beyond getting social between cubicles or departments- consider the opportunity.

Make everyone a winner on some level by giving out an annual ornament to commemorate the event, with awards to the top winner. Perhaps the winner gets to design the next pair of company socks?!

Additional ways to connect, shareable munchies at the event and a branded goodie jar for the desk could be re-filled all year with goodies! 

There is a southern term, "don't be ugly" meaning don't be rude. In the corporate world; don't forget to have fun and acknowledge the teams that support your company's success. Enjoy getting ugly not being ugly.
